2 Emme Technology was founded from the closure of the Welwyn Tool Company, and started trading on the 1st November 2005 in their Harpenden offices with Andy O'Shea and Andrew Turner giving a continuity to the products they have distributed for many years.

The products include H.K Porter range of hand, hydrolic and pneumatic cutters for steel, cables, wire rope etc. Saltus quality torque wrenches, sockets and other associated automitive products, Hot Knives, Blades for cutting, slitting and sealing of man made matrials and fibres. Drei-s - Werk punches, ejector pins, cable form pins and Measuring (test) gauges. Ishihara (Diamond brand) rebar cutters, benders and hole punches. Ripley rangle of high voltage cable stripping tools (XPLE).
